Welcome to my world, as I skip
through life as a wife, mother, homeschooler, and artist (to name a few
titles), all fueled up on the coveted latte. I’m on this journey for a number
of reasons, and I arrived here by fate (I think).
What are my “credentials”? I started
out in the work world as a graphic artist, and still have a home-based business
where I can sell my art and artsy stuff online or at shows/fairs.
I’m also a California board licensed psychotherapist and I spent over 15 years in non-profit development / management. Things were going pretty well in life until I was laid off twice in 5 years. Sometimes the universe sends you a message to re-boot. And that’s just what I’ve done.
Working from home provides the opportunity of a lifetime - to bond with my child, have an active role in her education, and freedom to feed my creative spirit. I also spend more time cleaning the house, working in the yard, cleaning out the litter box - funny how it all works out.
